ITRACURE™ 100 Capsule contains Itraconazole, a broad-spectrum antifungal agent. It is used for treating fungal infections of the skin, nails, throat, lungs, and vagina. Its systemic action makes it highly effective in both topical and deep-seated infections.

USES OF ITRACURE – 200

1. Fungal infections of the skin and nails
2. Systemic fungal infections (aspergillosis, histoplasmosis)
3. Vaginal and oral candidiasis
4. Pityriasis versicolor (tinea versicolor)
5. Onychomycosis (fungal nail infection)

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Itraconazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. This disrupts the integrity of the fungal cell, leading to its death.
