CLINIGEN 10MG is ideal for hypertensive patients requiring specialized organ protection:

Hypertension with Tachycardia: Controls blood pressure without causing reflex increases in heart rate.
Renal Protection: Dilates both afferent and efferent renal arterioles, reducing glomerular pressure in diabetic or kidney patients.
Low Incidence of Ankle Swelling: Shows significantly lower rates of pedal edema compared to conventional CCBs.
Stress-Induced Hypertension: Suppresses excessive sympathetic nervous system activation.

By blocking L-type calcium channels, Cilnidipine relaxes vascular smooth muscle to lower blood pressure. By concurrently blocking N-type calcium channels at sympathetic nerve endings, it inhibits norepinephrine release, preventing reflex tachycardia and protecting glomerular microcirculation.

Timing: Usually administered once daily, preferably with or immediately after breakfast.

Administration: Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.

Consistency: Take regularly to maintain balanced hemodynamic control.

Storage: Store in a dry place below 30°C away from direct sunlight.

Caution: Use with care in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
