TELMIGEN-H is used when single-agent therapies are insufficient:

Stubborn High Blood Pressure: Recommended when monotherapy fails to achieve blood pressure targets.

Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels by inhibiting angiotensin II at the AT1 receptor. Hydrochlorothiazide acts on the distal convoluted renal tubules to increase the excretion of sodium, chloride, and water, synergistically dropping blood volume and peripheral resistance.

Timing: Best taken in the morning to prevent frequent nighttime urination caused by the diuretic.

Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without meals.

Consistency: Take consistently every day as prescribed by your doctor.

Storage: Store protected from light and moisture at a temperature below 30°C.

Caution: Periodic checks of serum electrolytes (potassium, sodium) and renal markers are recommended.

Allergy Warning: Contraindicated in pregnancy and in patients with anuria or sulfonamide hypersensitivity.
