Aceclofenac and Paracetamol work together to block the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps reduce swelling by breaking down inflammatory proteins and promoting faster healing.

Timing: Should be taken after meals to minimize the risk of stomach upset.
Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water.

Caution: Not recommended for patients with active stomach ulcers or severe heart, liver, or kidney disease.
