TELMIGEN 40 MG is indicated for managing essential hypertension and cardiovascular risk:

Hypertension Management: Lowers elevated blood pressure effectively throughout the day and night.

Telmisartan works by selectively blocking the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor in vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This prevents angiotensin II-induced vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion, allowing blood vessels to relax and widen, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow.

Timing: Can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
